I've always been interested in massage therapy, even when I didn't realize it...

After years of attempting different career paths, my heart led me to massage therapy. I received my massage education at Cortiva Institute, graduated in 2019, and was recognized as my graduating class's valedictorian.

I specialize in therapeutic & relaxation massage - from new moms to busy professionals! My overall goal is to help make you feel good in your body & live life a little more pain free.

My approach to massage therapy includes listening to the client, using a soft yet effective touch, and navigating the muscles of the body until I find your specific issue. Once found, I utilize a variety of modalities to assist in easing pain & muscle tension.
