60-Minute Massage

**All massage services are designed to help you meet your goals and requests for the session based upon information gathered during the intake process.**

Also called Swedish Massage, this type of service emphasizes long strokes, kneading, and friction motions to encourage proper circulation.

90-Minute Massage

Add-On Service: Aromatherapy (up to 2 scents)

**This can be added on to any massage service at an additional cost of $5.00**

Aromatherapy adds the element of smell to your session. An essential oil of your choice is added to the cream used during the session. The benefits of aromatherapy include (but are not limited to): easing stress & anxiety, boosting feelings of relaxation and improving sleep.

Add-On Service: CranioSacral Therapy

**This can be added on to any massage service at an additional cost of $10.00**

CranioSacral therapy is a gentle technique that uses light touch to examine movements of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. The benefits of CranioSacral therapy include (but are not limited to): relieving tension in the central nervous system, eliminating pain and boosting immunity.

Add-On Service: Stretching

**This can be added on to any massage service at an additional cost of $15.00**

Stretching adds a deeper therapeutic element to your session. It involves targeting certain muscle groups in need of additional assistance and applying a moderate stretch to those muscles. Sometimes the “contract-and-relax” method is used. The benefits of stretching include (but are not limited to): reduced risk of injury, improving range of motion in joints and enhancing muscular relaxation.

Add-On Service: Cupping Therapy

**This can be added on to any massage service at an additional cost of $20.00**

Cupping therapy adds a deeper therapeutic element to your session. It’s an ancient form of alternative medicine that involves putting special cups (mine are made of plastic) on the skin for several minutes to create suction. The benefits of cupping therapy include (but are not limited to): increasing blood circulation, helping to reduce weakness/fatigue and overall pain relief.

***PLEASE CONSIDER SIDE EFFECTS BEFORE BOOKING THIS ADD-ON*** Side effects can include: mild discomfort, burns, bruises & skin infection. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any skin conditions or otherwise to the therapist. DO NOT use cupping if you use blood-thinning medication. Avoid cupping if you have a sunburn, wound(s), a skin ulcer, experienced recent trauma, or have an internal organ disorder.
